ОСНОВНІ АСПЕКТ ПЕРЕНОСУ ЧУЖОРІДНХ ГЕНІВ В ГЕНОМ СПЕРМАТОЗОЇДІВ ЯПОНСЬКХ ПЕРЕПЕЛІВ (COTURNIX JAPONICA)




Анотація


Описано процес переносу генетичної конструкції (pEGFP-N1 вектор) у геном сперматозоїдів японських перепелів з використанням диметилсульфоксиду (DMSO). Передачу та прояв введеної генетичної інформації оцінювали за характерним флуоресцентним свіченням трансфікованих сперматозоїдів, внаслідок експресії зеленого флуоресцентного білка (green fluorescent protein (GFP)) та за допомогою ПЛР-аналізу.
