Introduction. The use of pesticides as plant protection chemicals of pests in field crop rotation plots usually leads to the accumulation of toxic residues in the soil, further migration in the environment and the secondary flow of the plant, which makes the content of pesticides residues in finished agricultural products.

Analysis of recent researches and publications. Part of plant production is used as human food or raw materials for their production, and the other - as feed for farm animals. Consumption of animal feed containing residues of organochlorine pesticides (HOP), a man of contaminated food of plant and animal origin is a major source of toxic substances in their bodies.

In the case of long flow of pesticide residues in food or feed humans in animals toxic substances gradually accumulate in them and cause negative effects on various functional system. A large number of pesticides detect mutagenic, carcinogenic, teratogenic and allergenic activity, so the determination of residues is extremely important.

To provide the population with dietary, environmentally safe meat plays a significant role poultry meat. World meat production is based mainly on growing broiler chickens. Thus, the grain that fed the birds, maybe one of the links on the risk of pesticide contamination of poultry products, including gamma-HCH. Therefore, the study of poultry products to pesticides is an urgent problem.

Purpose. To conduct chemical-toxicological research of meat, fat and internal organs of broiler chickens on condition their body gamma-HCH in an amount of 0.1 and 0.3 mg / kg feed.

Metods. For research was formed three groups of broiler chickens cross "Cobb-500" 5-day age of 10 individuals each. Chickens two research groups were fed food with pesticide concentration of gamma-HCH 0.1 and 0.3 mg / kg feed, respectively. The control group received a normal diet. After 38 days spent slaughter poultry. The study tests the content of pesticide residues gamma-HCH was performed by gas chromatography for the standard procedure under applicable regulatory acts. We used the methods of analysis and synthesis, statistical.

Results. At the end of day 38 of the experiment of feeding broiler chickens feed containing gamma-HCH at doses of 0.1 and 0.3 mg / kg feed, respectively, we have explored a number of indicators described in previous publications. The next stage of our work was to study the possibility of accumulation of pesticides in various parts of the carcass of broiler chickens, the internal organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys), blood red and white muscles, internal fat. the internal organs (heart, lungs, liver, kidneys), blood red and white muscle of broiler chickens gamma-HCH was not determined because the concentration was below the limit of detection (0.045 mg / kg for gamma-HCH). After 38 days of receipt of the pesticide into the body of broiler chickens gamma-HCH found only in the subcutaneous fat research groups. In the group that received 0.1 mg / kg of feed found 0,074 ± 0,021 mg / kg in the group that received 0.3 mg / kg of feed - 0,095 ± 0,027 mg / kg. These figures are within the maximum allowable levels. In the control group gamma-HCH were found.


1. Subject feeding broiler chickens for 38 days of food with pesticide concentrations of gamma-HCH 0.1 and 0.3 mg / kg feed, respectively, found that his residual amounts only stored in subcutaneous fat of poultry.

2. When assessing the risk of contamination of broiler chickens slaughtered gamma-HCH conclusion about its availability should be done only after a study of subcutaneous fat.

In the future, you can use the report in order to avoid contamination of pesticide poultry products.
