Abstract
In the article, based on the results of the system analysis of the texts of the official business style, taking into account the factors “communicative goal”, “pragmatic task”, “stylistic function”, “intention”, “genre-style variation”, a new classification of the sub-styles and genres of the official business style of Ukrainian is proposed. literary language. It was emphasized that traditionally in Ukrainian linguistic stylistics there are three types of it: administrative, clerical, diplomatic and legislative. It is noticed that the well-known system of three sub-styles requires correction, taking into account the sociocultural, communicative-pragmatic factors important for the study of the functional areas of the literary language. The description of the subsystem administrative (administrative-clerical, administrative-commercial and administrative-legal), legislative, legal (judicial-administrative, criminal procedure) and diplomatic varieties of business communication has been corrected. Administrative sub-style is characterized as one of the varieties of official business communication in the state, social, economic, administrative, educational, legal and legal spheres, whose functions are related to the regulation of relations in the administrative-executive apparatus of the state, in separate institutions, between citizens and institutions, bringing to the attention of citizens about certain measures, procedures, requirements of the community to them, the registration of various types of documents in commercial activities. Legislative sub-style - one of the varieties of official business communication in the state, social, economic, administrative, educational, legal and legal spheres, connected with the organizational, supervisory, regulatory and security functions of various types of documents. The texts of the legislative subtext are created in the course of lawmaking activity. Diplomatic sub-style - one of the varieties of official business communication in the foreign policy, international, state spheres, whose functions relate to the regulation of relations between states, world communities. Legal sub-style t is expressed in the judicial-administrative and criminal-procedural varieties, that is, in jurisprudence, where the texts of the official-business style act as instruments and methods of legal knowledge, the mastery of social and legal experience and the transfer of legal culture from generation to generation. Their genre lexical-grammatical and communicative-pragmatic features are characterized. It was noted that one should not confuse the concepts of genre and sub-style, because the terminological sub-paradigm of each functional variety has already developed and expanded so much that it is necessary to adhere to a clear gradation "from broad to narrow": style – sub-forms – genres taking into account written and oral forms of implementation – texts. It is noted that the terminological sub-paradigm of the official business style requires constant attention as an object of study and codification, which is the prospect of studying the relevant texts and lexicographical consolidation of certain concepts.
