Technological aspects of professional adequacy of students in the context of european transfers of education humanization

Abstract
The questions of the necessity of vocational guidance in secondary educational institutions and the further training of future specialists are considered; use of effective means of vocational guidance work and further professional training of future specialists; professional formation of the person at all levels of education; preservation of the internal integrity of education, its functional orientation both on higher spiritual values, and on the principles of professional integration of the individual.
The need for substantial content and technology for the implementation of career guidance work in the aspect of orienting young people to professional activities in general secondary schools of Ukraine on the basis of progressive experience of foreign countries.
The system of training of qualified specialists is the main task of vocational and practical education of NULES of Ukraine. Vocational guidance with youth is a priority work of the modern school.
The correct choice of profession – an important step in everyone's life. At this stage, it is a specific role for the teacher. On how he would be able, to orient students in the wide world of professions depends their future professional definition. To show all the sides of a profession, its demand on the labor market, to help the child to know him and his opportunities are the basic tasks of the teaching staff. Finished school pupil should be clearly aware that he can, that capable, and knows where to go to learn.
