ІNCREASE OF POWER EFFICIENCY OF THE SYSTEM OF HEATING OF STOCK-RAISING APARTMENTS.

One of unsolved problems of modern stock-raising in Ukraine is the problem of creation of optimum terms of maintenance of animals in the stock-raising apartments. During high concentration of total number of livestock on unit   of area   of apartments   there is   worsening   of composition   of air, which is contaminated by an ammonia, sulphuretted hydrogen, carbon dioxide and dust, that results in the increase of ruin of animals.

Therefore, at present the acute problem of maintaining optimal microclimate parameters in accordance with existing regulations, while maintaining the minimum energy consumption. Agricultural enterprise in which the basic processes in most cases costly, should apply energy-saving technologies.

Thus, in the conditions of intensive development of animal industry important engineering challenge is to create ventilation and heating systems, which would provide the necessary zootechnical animal welfare and reduced energy consumption for an optimal microclimate. One of the promising energy saving technologies that uses renewable energy sources to create an optimal climate is the use of heat pumps. Heat pumps are a type of heat transformers and is intended to receive the coolant medium and high potential used in thermal consumption.

In the conditions of intensive development of industrial stock-raising an important task is modernization of the vents-heating systems.

Modernsite in most cases should be focused on improving the performance, control accuracy of technological parameters and energy efficiency.

The modern requirements of intensification of stock-raising determine actuality of improvement of the systems of providing of microclimate from position of upgrading implementation of technological processes are ventilations and heatings. The economy of material and power resources must be attained thus.

Thermal pumps are chosen on the thermal loading of object of research coming the terms of providing of temperature condition of apartment from depending on the type of animals, heat conductivity of barriering constructions and climatic area of location.

Basic technical descriptions of thermal are calculated to the pump and conducted their analysis.    

The conditions of operation of an air heat pump are determined based on the obtained regularities that describe the relationship of electricity consumption with parameters of outdoor air.

Checked the possibility of using air heat pumps for energy efficiency of heating systems of livestock buildings on the example of a calf house 600 animals, due to the easy combination with the existing heating system.
