CLINICAL AND HEMATOLOGICAL PARAMETERS OF COWS OF THE NORTHERN- EASTERN BIOGEOCHEMICAL ZONE OF UKRAINE AT DIFFERENT TECHNOLOGIES OF KEEPING

Abstract.Complicatingeffectoftheadversetechnogenicenvironmentalfactorsthatcausechangesofbiogeocoenoseattheinteractionwiththenaturaldeficiencyofbiogenicmicroelements, contributestoappearingandspreadofpathologyofmineralmetabolisminfarmanimals, particularlyinlactatingcows. Thequestionabouttheimpactofthenorthern-easternbiogeochemicalzoneofUkraineofkeepingtechnologyontheclinicalandhematologicalparametersoflactatingcowsisstudiedinsufficiently.

Theaimofourworkistoinvestigatetheclinicalandhematologicalparametersofcowsinthenorthern-easternbiogeochemicalzonedependingonthetechnologyfortheirkeeping. TheresearchwasconductedinthethreefarmsofChernihivregion (northern-easternbiogeochemicalzone) withdifferentkeepingtechnologiesoflivestock. Inthearticlethematerialsofourscientificresearchondeterminationoftheclinicalindicatorsamongcows (heartrate, respiratoryrate, frequencyofrumencontractions, temperature) arerepresented. Theexperimentaldiagnosticsystemisbuiltontheprinciple: thesensor - amplifier - generator USW - modulatorfrequencies - antennatransmitter - receiverantenna - receiver - thecomputer. Bloodwastestedonthebiochemicalanalyzer «Labline - 010" withstandardsetofreagentsandthekeepingconditionsandrationoffeedingcowswereanalizedaccordingtoconventionalmethods.

Thebenefitsofremotediagnosticdeviceforclinicalsignsofcowsbyresearcher’ssavingtimein 1.5-2 timesareestablished. Theclinicalindicatorsandmainindicatorsofmetabolismamongcowsofthenorthern-easternbiogeochemicalzonesfordifferenttechnologiesoflivestockkeepingareinvestigated.

Also, theresultsofstudiesofbloodbiochemicalindicatorsatdifferenttechnologiesofkeepingcowsinthenorthern-easternbiogeochemicalzonearedetermined.

TheresearchusingthedevelopeddeviceforthediagnosisofclinicalindicatorsfortheanimalsatvariouspathologiesandsystemsofkeepinginbiogeochemicalzonesofUkraineandtheimpactofmoderntechnologyonlivestockindicatorsofmetabolismofcowsarepromising.
