Abstract.FeliscatusLinnaeusisimportantrepresentativeinourecologicalspace. Iincreasingthenumberofanimalsandincreasingtheirdegreeofcontactwiththepersonincreasesthefrequencyofhumancontactwithorganismsthataccompanythedomesticcatslifecycle.

Nowveterinaryscienceareincreasinglydrawntoissuesrelatingtocatshealth. VeterinaryissuesinFelinologiyais a frequentdiscussionstopicatconferencesandsubjectofdissertationresearch.

Thegoalwastoexploremorphologicalchangesinthecorneaandconjunctiva, thedynamicsofimmunologicalparameters, thedistributionofmicrobialagentsinthebloodandeyeballstissueandexpediencysystemicuseofantibioticsforpurulentconjunctivitisincats.

IncatsconjunctivaforinflammationcausedbyinoculationSt. Aureus, increasedmucusgobletglandularcells. Dependingonthediseasenaturedischargecompositioncanbefrommucoustomucopurulentandpurulent. Conjunctivalvasculatureandsurroundingtissuearedamagedthatcanbeseenespeciallyinplaceswheremeibomiangland. Changesincorneaarevariable, butbydistinctpathologicalprocessestypicalistotaldamagetheanteriormembrane, thereductionofhighprismaticepithelialcellsandtendencytokeratinizationepiteliomorfnoholayer. Posteriorcornealepitheliummaybemorphologicallyintactorsubjectedtokeratinization.

Evaluationofmorphologicalbloodparametersshowednomarkedchanges, exceptforwhitebloodcells, primarilybymonocytesandgranulocytes. Tendencytolymphocytopeniaandeosinophiliaweobserved.

Forimmunecellsdynamicswerecharacterizedsignificantdecreasethetotalnumber T cellsagainst a backgroundofreducingrepresentation T-h0, increasethenumberof Th3 and NK-cells. Thesechangeswereappropriatecorrelationwithinflammationsduration. Thenumberof B-cellshasnotchanged. Atthebeginningofthediseasehasincreasedthenumberof NBT-positiveneutrophils. Thiscanbeexplainedtotheformationof a specificcellularresponse. Thedynamicsimmunologicalparametersmanifestedsignificantincreaseincontentimmunoglobulin (exceptIgG) andgrowth CIC: IgA - at 102,0 %, IgE - by 40,3 %, IgM - at 54,2 %; CIC - by 64,2 %. Weobservedpronouncedactivationofthecomplementsystemthroughtheclassical.

Inconjunctiva, cornea, intraocularfluidandbloodofcatssufferingwehaveidentifiedpolypeptidesthatreactedwithspecificantigensSt. Aureus. InthestudiedsamplesrevealedcharacteristicdifferencesinthecontentsofantigensSt. Aureus. Thisisevidenceofdifferentialdistributionoftheinfectiousagent. ThehighestconcentrationSt. Aureuswasfoundinthecorneaandconjunctiva, buttheantigenhasbeenidentifiedas a fluidchamberandevenintheblood.
