Abstract

Обґрунтовано актуальність вирощування  сорго в кліматичних умовах України. Наведено перелік продуктів, у тому числі і харчовий сироп, сировиною для виробництва яких є цукрове сорго. Запропонована принципова технологічна схема виробництва та очищення харчового сиропу із сорго.
