SELECTION OF FUNGAL STRAINS LENTINULA EDODES (BERK.) INGER. PROMISING FOR CULTIVATION ON STRAW

Abstract

The possibility of cultivation on the straw of pre–selected fast–g.rowing strains of shiitake mushrooms (Lentinula edodes (Berk.) Singer.). Found that all the strains actively colonize the substrate, but only strain 363 is able to form primordia and is promising to study the possibility of entering into commercial culture.
