THE DEVELOPMENT OF EFFECTIVE PRODUCTION ACTIVITY OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES
Abstract
For determination directions of increasing the efficiency of functioning of agricultural enterprises key internal (material and technical base, personnel, financial resources, organization of production, etc.) and external (natural-economic, economic, socio-cultural, financial-credit, state-political) factors are established. They influence on the production activity of the enterprise and form its efficiency.
It was established that the improvement of material-technical base of agricultural enterprises of Ternopil region contributed to increasing of gross production value during 2008-2011 years by 26.5%. Profits increased more than 2 times, and the profitability of production amounted to 27.5%.
The concentration of production contributed to increase of production effectiveness in agricultural enterprises. In enterprises with agricultural land more than 2 thsd. ha yield of cereals was 2 times higher in comparison with enterprises that have less than 1 thsd. ha. The positive effect of concentration of production on enterprise performance was also observed in the livestock industry.
One of the factors of positive impact on the efficiency of the production activity of the enterprise is optimization its production structure. Optimization of production structure LLC "Agroprodservis Invest" in Ternopil region has allowed determining the optimal sown area structure and animal number of cattle in the enterprise. As a result, the profitability of the enterprise increased by 23%. The mechanism to minimize risks in agricultural production is developed.
