ANALYSIS OF GROWTH’S FACTORS INFLUENCE ON AGRICULTURAL PRODUCTION AND ITS ORGANIZATION
Abstract
The main factors of agricultural production and their impact on the organizational structure of agricultural production have been analyzed. Regulatory framework as part of the organizational-economic mechanism of agricultural production have been characterized. Suggestions for improving the organization of agricultural production have been provided. The aim of research – to characterize factors drivers of agrarian production and to analyze its impact on agricultural production organization. Under factors have been understood phenomena and processes that determine the potential increase in real output, efficiency and quality of growth. Direct and indirect factors drivers of agrarian production have been detected. Direct characterized as those, which provide a natural opportunity for growth and include quantitative and qualitative component of labor, natural resources, capital, technology and organization of production, entrepreneurial skills. Indirect – are a condition, which promote or restrict the use of direct potential factors. Generalizations factors of agricultural production have been shown. Groups of factors impact on agricultural production discovered – macro-economic, institutional, financial, pricing, technical, industrial, natural, environment, marketing, organizational, social and demographic factors, and structural.
To summarize the factors of agricultural production used SWOT analysis, that is to separate the factors and phenomena into four categories: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. SWOT analysis allows us to draw conclusions regarding the activities of the enterprises of the agricultural sector and provides a basis for making specific proposals to minimize weaknesses, opportunities using the environment of the agricultural sector, and use strengths to eliminate threats that could lead to increasing the competitiveness of agricultural enterprises, growth in sales and profitability of enterprises. Thus, the progressive development of the agricultural sector, in our opinion, is impossible without further identify priorities and accounting factors of economic growth based on subjective characteristics of the region.
