Sanitary and hygienic conditions for good productivity of organic poultry

The article provides an analytical review of the state of modern organic production in Ukraine, in particular the cultivation of poultry meat production direction. The necessity of conservation of biological diversity of ecosystems, soil fertility and theenvironmentin general, humanhealthprotectionwasemphasized. The results of experiments on chicken-broilers Cobb-500 cross in the conditions of certified organic farm "Dacha" are presented. The emphasisisplacedonthevalueofmicroclimateparametersforthepreservationofchickensandproductivity. The condition of microbial air pollution nofpoultryhouses for the organic and intensive production of chicken is comparatively, as well as under the conditions of a laboratory experiment under conditions of vibration of NUBiP of Ukraine. The main problems encountered by producers of organic products (insufficientforage, lack of clearguidelines and recommendations for the development of poultry and the list of permitted prophylactic products, significant logistics costs, lack of consumer a ware nessand, consequently, insufficientdemand), and the waysof their solution are outlined. It is grounded that it is in appropriate touse high-intensity cross bows for organic production. heimportance of complying with allthereq uirements of organic legislation for the production of poultry for the purpose of obtain ingclean and safe products has been determined.
