Розробка молекулярно-біологічної системи для ідентифікації РНК-1 українського ізоляту вірусу некротичного пожовтіння жилок буряку
Abstract
Проведено біоінформативний аналіз нуклеотидних послідовностей РНК-1 ізоля-
тів вірусу некротичного пожовтіння жилок буряку. Встановлено консервативні
послідовності гена, що кодує протеїн Р237 цього вірусу та розроблено дизайн праймерів для ідентифікації його РНК-1. Оптимізовано систему полімеразної ланцюгової реакції ідентифікації РНК-1 за температурними показниками відпалу праймерів.
