Peculiarities of complex compounds synthesis by ultrarapid tempering
Abstract
Peculiarities of complex compounds synthesis in binary oxide Zr(Hf)O2-Ln2O3 and metalline Fe – Mo systems by laser evaporation in vacuum and spinning have been determinated by transmission electron microscopy, X-Ray and electron diffraction. Correlation between respective structures of state diagrams and possibilities of complex compounds synthesis by ultrarapid tempering of melts, which means, that only those compounds, which are generated by distectic mechanism, can be synthesized, has been found.
