Study if release of metallic elements from black and green teas using principal component analysis and cluster analysis

Abstract

Іn this work, infusion of metals from some classic and herbal teas that are present on the local market was evaluated. Analysis was performed by flame atomic absorption spectroscopy. It is shown that chemometric data processing, including the principal component analysis and cluster analysis provide an opportunity to classify tea by price range.
