Energy audit of technologies in potato growing

Abstract

Technology (method) of economically viable production is the level according to that one the main goal is realized – obtaining competitive commercial product that absolutely, in 100%, guarantee adequate income.

Energy consumption in potato growing with the method of surface planting is decreased to 10,86 GJ while the efficiency in applying energy resources increasing in 47%.
