Abstract

In the article the state is considered and progress of market of milk trends, and also possibility of adaptation of commodity producers to the international requirements and requirements of ES, in relation to qualities of milk products. Generalized possible directions of increase of competitiveness of commodity producers of milk industry, as at the internal market and possibility of mastering of international markets.
