THE TAXONOMIC COMPOSITION OF THE COLLECTION OF BOTH FRUIT AND ORNAMENTAL TREES AND SHRUBS IN THE NULES OF UKRAINE
Abstract
The estimation of taxonomic composition of the collection of both fruit and ornamental trees and shrubs in the "Agronomical Experimental Station" of the NULES of Ukraine is given, including 266 species and interspecific hybrids. They are belonging to 46 genera of 15 family from 9 orders. There are 981 specimens including 532 cultivars and selects. The Prunus s.l., Crataegus s.l., Sorbus s.str., and Malus are presented by greatest specific and varietal diversity.
