Abstract

Вперше проведено тестування можливої антимікробної дії Galega orientalis (Lam.) на ріст чистих культур бактерій грам-позитивних (Micrococcus luteus), грам-негативних (Escherichia coli XL1, DH5) та дріжджів (Saccharomyces cerevisiae W303). Матеріалом для дослідження слугувала висушена вегетативна маса Galega orientalis (Lam.) у фазах бутонізації і початку цвітіння. У результаті експерименту встановлено, що 20%-ва концентрація водного екстракту даної рослини має інгібуючий вплив на ріст чистих культур бактерій і дріжджів. Обгрунтовано можливий взаємозв’язок між антимікробною активністю екстракту цієї рослини та невиникненням тимпанії у корів.
