ІМУННИЙ БІОСЕНСОР НА ОСНОВІ ІОНСЕЛЕКТИВНИХ ПОЛЬОВИХ ТРАНЗИСТОРІВ ДЛЯ ЕКСПРЕСНОГО ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ SALMONELLA TYPHIMURIUM
Abstract
Запропоновано новий тип імунного біосенсора на базі іонселективних польових транзисторів (ІСПТ) з пористою поверхнею CeOx замість Si3N4, що сприяє підвищенню чутливості і стабільності аналізу. Зазначений біосенсор використано для визначення Salmonella typhimurium у модельних розчинах. Показано, що чутливість при проведенні аналізу на наявність сальмонел становила близько 2-3 клітин/мл і лінійно зростала до 5×105 клітин/мл. Зроблено висновок, що електрохімічна реєстрація сигналу з використанням CeOx пористої поверхні ІСПТ відповідають вимогам щодо створення дешевих імунних біосенсорів для визначення бактеріального забруднення об’єктів навколишнього середовища.
