РОЗРОБКА МОЛЕКУЛЯРНО-БІОЛОГІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ ПЛР ДІАГНОСТИКИ ВІРОЇДА ВЕРЕТЕНОВИДНОСТІ БУЛЬБ КАРТОПЛІ
Abstract
Розроблено діагностичну тест-систему на основі полімеразної ланцюгової реакції (ПЛР) для діагностики та ідентифікації віроїда веретеновидності бульб картоплі. Проведено лабораторне випробування ПЛР тест-системи та оптимізовано умови проведення реакції ампліфікації.
