STRUCTURAL AND FUNCTIONAL INDICATORS OF CHANGES OF BIOLOGICAL SYSTEMS AS THE BASIS FOR MONITORING
Abstract
For monitoring the state of biota and its deviation from normal natural state at different levels of living organization, under the influence of biotic and abiotic factors, in conditions of climate change, we have developed an algorithm for marking criteria for structural and functional changes in the biosystem. Basis of the analysis of formalized markers of bіodiversity proposed to allocate environmental monitoring criteria: indicators of the natural type of the biosystem (ecosystems, cenosis, populations), antropogenic changes and indicators of ecosystem conservation. To achieve this goal we propose the following algorithm: selection and evaluation of various taxonomic groups of native species; selection, correlation and assessment of the state of eurybionic and stenobiontoe organisms; selection and assessment of species and communities rarity components of biological systems; establish the level of disturbance biosystems; on the basis of criteria to develop integrated parameter assessment of biological systems, and forming proposals for control and monitoring ofReferences
