The aim of this study was to investigate the dynamics of total lipids in pig’s erythrocytes of different types of higher nervous activity under the influence of stress factors. To conduct this experiment was chosen 47 newborn pigs of large white breed. By two months of age pigs kept in sows in standard rooms. In at weaning (60 days) was carried out vaccination against erysipelas, and the 90 th day of life - revaccination. At the 180-day of research animals pass the summer camp and spent redistribution groups. In the 150-day age all animals determined strength, balance and mobility of nervous processes. Based on the analysis of the material obtained was formed 4 groups of animals on 10 goals each, and group - strong balanced mobile type; Group II - inert strong balanced type; Group III - strong unbalanced type; Group IV - a weak type of higher nervous activity. At 30, 60, 61, 65, 90, 91, 95, 120, 150, 180, 181, 185 and 210-days age in all animals took blood by puncture of the anterior vena cava (up to 4 months of age) and ear veins (after 4 months of age). In the red blood cells of pigs were tested for total lipids gravimetric method.
Our studies suggest that the overall rate of cortical processes in pigs strong inert balanced, strong and weak unbalanced types of higher nervous activity lower by 19.6% (p≤0,01), 30.4% and 68.4% (p≤0,001) according to the performance of animals strong balanced mobile type of higher nervous activity.
Regardless of the typological features of nervous system stress technology reduces the total lipids content in red blood cells of pigs. So, after separation by different types of higher nervous activity of total lipids in red blood cells is reduced by 6,4-12,2% (p≤0,01) after transfer of the summer camp, overhaul and change of feeding - on 8,4- 14% (p≤0,05-0,01).
The content of total lipids in the red blood cells of pigs of different types of higher nervous activity in a period of relative calm did not significantly differ, however, when stress was significantly different. In particular, after weaning animals unbalanced strong and weak type of higher nervous activity in the figure below 4,7-8,1% (p≤0,01-0,001) indicator of animals inert strong balanced type of higher nervous activity. After the action of biological stimuli in animals SRI type of higher nervous activity of total lipids in the red blood cells of animals by 2.7% (p≤0,05) lower animals unbalanced strong and weak type respectively 3.8% (p≤0,01) and 4.6% (p≤0,05) below the index animal rolling strong balanced type of higher nervous activity.
It is interesting to note that even a month after the transfer of the animals to summer camp and reorganization of groups of animal’s total lipids content in red blood cells of animals inert strong balanced, strong and weak unbalanced type of higher nervous activity significantly lower rate of animals strong balanced mobile type.
The lack of significant differences in the content of total lipids in swine red blood cells of different types of higher nervous activity due to the lack of basic cortical processes impact on the figure.
The authentic force major impact on cortical processes of total lipid in erythrocytes after weaning (η2x = 0,29-0,66; p≤0,05-0,001). After the action of biological stimuli found credible impact strength (η2x = 0.17; p≤0,05) and mobility (η2x = 0.35; p≤0,001) cortical processes in the figure.
Effect of basic cortical processes of total lipids in pigs erythrocytes expressed most strongly after the transfer of animals to summer camp and redistribution groups of animals, including the influence of cortical processes 185 pigs daily life is - η2x = 0.89 (p≤0,001).
Our studies indicate significant direct functional connections of the basic properties of cortical processes containing total lipids in the red blood cells of pigs in a period of relative calm, after which the process of stress are reduced. So, before weaning correlation coefficient strength, balance and mobility cortical processes containing total lipids in the red blood cells of pigs was - r = -0,01-0,09, and after weaning animals to 5th day increases to index - r = 0,51-0,84 (p≤0,05-0,001). It is interesting to note the high direct links functional cortical processes of this indicator to the action of biological stimuli (90-day age) - r = 0,44-0,70 (p≤0,05-0,01), which until 91st days are unreliable (r = 0,06-0,26), however, by the 95th day rise again (r=0,44-0,51; p≤0,05).
Thus, the content of total lipids in erythrocytes of pigs of all ages do not differ significantly, depending on strength, balance and mobility cortical processes. During the process of stress found reduction of total lipids in red blood cells of pigs. The authentic force of the impact and the functional connections of the basic properties of cortical processes the content of total lipids in red blood cells of pigs.
Prospects for future research is to study the features of cortical regulation of intensity of lipid peroxidation and activity of antioxidant defense system in erythrocytes of pigs.
