Abstract

The article presents data on the impact of transfer factor obtained from bovine colostrum cells on leukocytes content and leukogram in blood of calves. Confirmed that during postnatal adaptation in calves naturally occurs leukopenia. Application of colostric transfer factor stimulates at this period increase of leukocytes content in blood of animals by 13-15 %, has effect on blood leukogram – increasing the proportion of lymphocytes, decreasing segmented neutrophils content, changing integral indicators – leukocyte and nuclear indices.
