In this working analysis of the problems of research and quality control of electricity supply to customers in the networks. Delivered the main tasks are to identify the causes of deterioration of power quality and location of the place of occurrence of the negative processes in the network. Based on the classification of types of loads and their consumption of electricity, proposed the development of a method of measuring the quality of electricity and new indicators to get more information to resolve these problems.
For quality monitoring electrical energy in close to the established regulations of the networks main purpose is the primary source curve. Under this proposed a generalized approach, which is based on the actual processing of the measurement data relating to the future structure and implementation.
When using discrete wevelеt conversion is provided by fixing the time change data continuous spectrum, and reliable information regarding the study of the curve in cases pass online random processes that lead to abuse and stationary frequency signals.
Thus, just as in the requirements, it is proposed to apply the known indicators of quality of electricity, but somewhat different interpretation. All time interval is allocated to the same indicators of quality of electricity intervals during which vectors are defined-line quality control.
It should be noted that the nature of the change data values in indicators of quality of electricity will look like as expressions for their calculation can be considered essentially related.
Since in this case the amount of information is large enough, it is advisable to conduct the operation porohuvannya relation by the rejection of values which are below certain thresholds, and preset. Moreover, the operator can, if necessary change those thresholds.
This will leave only the critical current value data indicators of quality of electricity and simplify the analysis of slow oscillations and voltage disturbances as possible worsening of the situation as electricity.
The conducted monitoring show changes over time in frequency bands allocated indicators of quality of electricity who are considered similar to those described by short- and long-term doses of flicker. That is, the expressions and reveal the most significant areas of change and set the frequency bands in which they occur, and further to identify possible causes of deterioration of quality. This may be the disruption of consumption of some consumers electricity or equivalent complex impact resistance of power lines or circuits distribution networks.
It is proposed to slightly modify known indicators of quality of electricity using the same distribution of all quality monitoring interval set at intervals of measuring.
Thus, the first show gross violation of existing regulations, and then remove unimportant information.
Later on the basis of the measurement data studied electric modes quality of the networks close to normal and caused by slow oscillations and nonlinear distortion voltage. Thanks to the further modern information technology, such as digital processing related to the studied signals are required volume of data that can better analyze modes of networking purpose, to identify the causes of deterioration of power quality and implement the steps to a correction of negative situations.
