The structure of integrated system of management of quality of products of meat-processing enterprises

Проаналізовано тенденції розвитку вітчизняного ринку м’ясопродуктів. Визначено, що успішна та стабільна робота підприємства на вітчизняному та світових ринках продовольства має бути побудована на принципах тотального менеджменту якості. Названі десять категорій вимог, що підлягають дотриманню при її реалізації: лідерство вищого керівництва, аналіз діяльності та порядку управління процесами, розвиток людських ресурсів, стратегічне планування, стратегічне інформування, врахування інтересів споживача, задоволення інтересів працівників, забезпечення якості виробленої продукції, удосконалення стилю діяльності, покращення результатів господарювання, зменшення екологічного навантаження на оточуюче природне середовище. Показано, що розширення об’єму випуску продукції підприємства, у тому числі його вихід на міжнародні ринки продовольства, потребує дотримання вимог міжнародних стандартів якості і безпечності продукції, випущеної в структурі функціонування на підприємстві інтегрованої системи менеджменту побудованої на врахуванні вимог норм захисту умов праці його робітників та постійного зменшення рівня екологічного навантаження на оточуюче середовище. Названі стандарти що мають бути покладеними у основу системи управління діяльністю м’ясопереробного підприємства і визначені основні переваги від впровадження інтегрованих систем менеджменту якості та безпечності його продукції.
