Abstract

Випускник Чернівецького національного університету імені Юрія Федьковича, мовознавець, доктор філологічних наук, професор, академік Академії наук вищої освіти України, відмінник освіти України, член Національної спілки журналістів України, Заслужений працівник освіти України, заступник міністра освіти і науки України (лютий 2007 — лютий 2009 рр.), проректор з наукової роботи Національної академії керівних кадрів культури і мистецтв, декан гуманітарно-педагогічного факультету Національного університету біоресурсів і природокористування – це все «список професійних здобутків» Василя Дмитровича Шинкарука, але список неповний. Свій день народження він відзначає 25 березня.
