Communicative Professional Program of a Manager from the Position of Business Communication

Abstract. The article explores basic professional communication knowledge, skills and manager’s skills, defines their importance in the performance of professional duties, describes the profession of manager in the position of business communication. This research analize also the model of communication on the material of the communicative professiogram of the manager, outlines priority directions of business communications and professional social perception. It has been found out that the professional program of a manager in the position of business communication is a system of communicative norms, knowledge, skills and values, which is realized in the process of professional communication and is a necessity that accompanies his professional activity in the industrial area.
An important and necessary requirement of the present is the multidisciplinary nature of the manager as the head of a distinguished unit of the enterprise and his professional communication skills related to this. His communications combine system design thinking, deep engineering knowledge, an innovative culture, the knowledge and skills of a project manager, a production organizer in a sustainable development environment, and an interprofessional communication facilitator.
