Abstract

Досліджено радикальні зміни в системі освіти, що відбуваються як відповідь на виклики глобальних і локальних чинників сучасного соціуму. Проаналізовано зв'язок і взаємозумовленість глобальних проблем сучасності та кризи сучасної університетської  освіти. Визначено, що в основі зародження ціннісно-нового розуміння університетської освіти та її ролі у становленні відкритого громадянського суспільства лежать сформовані нормативні уявлення. Університет має відповідати потребам реальних умов життя, викликам часу. Доведено, що успішне подолання кризи можливе лише на основі нової освітньої парадигми. Встановлено, що університет повинен бути гарантом і механізмом такої соціальної потреби, як стабільний, сталий розвиток суспільства.
