Філософія успішності в умовах перехідного суспільства

Abstract

У статті відбулося філософське осмислення феномену успішності в умовах перехідного суспільства. Здійснено аналіз поняття успішності в межах сучасного перехідного суспільства та визначено його духовним стержнем,  навколо якого формується ідеологія успіху, яка потребує філософської рефлексії. Встановлено, що успіх - це процес досягнення результату, вміння досягнути рівноваги та пристосу­ватися до постійних змін, зосередження знань та здібностей, які надають можливостей для реалізації цілей не зважаючи на мінливість життєвих процесів. Зазначено, що успішність у свідомості людини завжди була пов'язана з подоланням нестабільності, проблемами в управлінні країною та людьми. Особливої важливості в даному контексті набувають ціннісні орієнтації та моральні настанови, які дійсно приведуть до реального та  успішного вирішення кризових питань.
