Лідерство як сучасна євангельська практика учнівства в східноєвропейському контексті

Abstract

У статті представлено осмислення лідерства як сучасної євангельської практики учнівства. Доведено, що християнське лідерство доби постмодерну осмислюється не як керівництво рядови­ми вірними та суспільством, а як сам процес підготовки потенційного лідера як служителя для різних соціальних груп. Підготовка лідерів розглядається на прикладі аналізу освітнього проекту «Школа без стін». Згідно методології А. Макінтайра, який запропонував вважати відродження будь-якої діяльності, що здійснювалася в минулому, практикою, що є лише подобою діяльності, що відроджується. В даній статті практикою учнівства є неформальний підхід до навчання та підготовки лідерів служіння в церкві та суспільству. Припускається, що запропонований підхід формування лідерів є спробою відродити новозавітний ідеал учнівства.
