Від транзисторів до мемристорів: антропосферні ризики
Abstract
Розглянуто причини та соціогуманітарні наслідки зміни транзис-
торної парадигми розвитку електроніки. Окреслено науково-технічний потенціал та прогнозовані антропосферні загрози впровадження меМристорної електроніки. Зосереджено увагу на зв’язку мемристорної парадигми електроніки з реалізацією проекту «коннектом».
