Abstract. The features of the influence of drugs «AB aqva» and «Charkor» on the anatomic structure and histogenesis roots rooted cuttings Swida alba (L.) Opiz, Forsythia europaea Degen & Bald., Spiraea × vanhouttei (Briot.) Zabel. and Spiraea japonica L. И?Shirobana’. Determined species-specific morphological and physiological reactions wood bearing cuttings to root stimulant effect and proved their potential role in the process of plant adaptation to arid conditions and low positive temperatures.
