Content aspect of Constructive Component of Professional Skill of Teacher
Abstract
The article examines definite psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature, analyzes and generalizes received information in the direction of essence got information of determination of essence of content aspect of constructive component of professional skills of teacher for possibility of further development of mentioned event as objective necessity of educational practice for professional growth of a specialist of high level. It is determined that project-based component of structure of professional skills of teacher, from the point of view of author, a multivalency action educator based on expediency, economy, brevity shaping tools, such as: the ability of pedagogue to guarantee successful realization of tactical aims structural division of material of subject, selection of concrete content for its separate units, choice of rational methodologies and forms of carrying out of lessons, intellectual activity, ability of specialist to organize active cognitive process, where pedagogue chooses and transforms information, builds new knowledge, creates new ideas, views, that rest upon facts and notions and exceed limits of received facts notions, offers hypotheses, own vision of problem and individual knowledge-skills-habits that are mean of his (her) self-realization in educational, upbringing, scientific and research activity in the form of project and individual constructive abilities.
