Professional subjectivity of a future primary school teacher : a philosophical aspect

The article covers the theoretical and philosophical foundations of the professional subjectivity of a future elementary school specialist. Recently, the world of pedagogical thought has become increasingly focused on how to construct the educational process so that it brings a sense of happiness to all its participants. It is considered to be a new philosophy of management in general, though its origins are in ancient Greek sources, which state that only a happy life matters and values. It has been found out that the professional subjectivity of elementary school teachers is a significant professionally significant quality of personality, which provides purposeful and optimal realization of their mental, personal resources for solving professional and life tasks, which is manifested in the desire for self-determination, self-determination and self-determination. self-improvement in professional activity.
