Training of land surveyors in college: competence approach to the problem
Abstract
The article focuses on the state of preparation of future surveyors in agricultural colleges profile based on the competency approach.
Research and theoretical bases of competence approach in modern pedagogy offer a variety of approaches to the structure and classification of professional competence.
It is shown leading a group of professional competence of future land surveyor (professional, legal, information technology, practical technology, general humanities and management) and since professional competence can be represented as a set of systematic and professional competence, while systemic competencies are common to all areas of training, and professional – provide outline specialty-specific competencies. Therefore, a set of professional competence can be represented as a result of professional competence that reflects both cognitive and activity and personal characteristics of future specialists.
Grounded professional knowledge and skills as the basis of professional competence appointed expert. Formulated opinion on the need for competence-based approach to designing specific model of training surveyors based on individualization.
