A business incubator as a tool of scientific activity management in base university subdivision allowing to implement a cluster approach in education
Abstract
The paper studies the cluster approach as a way of development of state activities. The essence of the cluster approach in education is justified. The usefulness of a business incubator is revealed as a form of implementation of the cluster approach at micro level. Business incubator functions are presented in form of base university subdivision. The peculiarities are determined for scientific activities management including business incubator.
