Характеристика поняття «правова культура» через «правосвідомість», «правову освіту» і «правове виховання»
Abstract
У статті охарактеризовано поняття «правова культура» через поняття «правосвідомість», «правова освіта» і «правове виховання». Встановлено, що правосвідомість і правова культура ‒ категорії, які тісно пов'язані між собою і відносяться до важливих культурно-правових цінностей суспільства. Але правова культура ширше за змістом, оскільки включає крім знань і оцінки права (духовного елемента) юридично значущу поведінку, дії людей і матеріалізовані юридичні цінності. Розкрито поняття «правова культура» через поняття «правове виховання», «правова освіта». Встановлено, що обмеження правового виховання лише формуванням свідомості особистості без постановки мети впливу на її правову діяльність призводить до неповноцінного розуміння правової культури.
