Abstract

The article substantiates the need to motivate learning in the process of forming leadership qualities of students. The concept of motivation, motive, learning motivation, needs, Behavioral theory of motivation. The motivating role of assessment, leading educational motives of students, the influence of the style of the teacher’s activity are indicated. The stages of the motivational process, ways to increase the motivational activity of students are highlighted
