Abstract

The article deals with the question of philosophy of law and philosophical and legal anthropology as the basis of intercultural and interstate dialogue of the modern world. The philosophy of law as a science aims to explain the importance of law for the formation of outlook, to consider the content and meaning of law for human, including him in the system of human values. In the philosophy of law, law appears as a way of being human
