Педагогічні цінності у контексті формування педагогічної майстерності майбутніх учителів початкових класів

Abstract

Унормована регламентація педагогічної ді-
яльності окреслюється педагогічними цінностями, які виступають у розу-
мінні пізнавально-діяльнісної системи, що служить опосередковуючою і
сполучною ланкою між суспільним світоглядом в галузі освіти і діяльністю
педагога. Педагогічні цінності мають синтагматичний характер, тобто фо-
рмуються історично і фіксуються в педагогічній науці як форма суспільної
свідомості у вигляді специфічних образів і уявлень. Оволодіння педагогіч-
ними цінностями здійснюється в процесі педагогічної діяльності, в ході
якої відбувається їх суб’єктивація. Саме рівень суб’єктивації педагогічних
цінностей служить показником особистісно-професійного розвитку педаго-
га і формування його педагогічної майстерності.
