Стандартизація професійної підготовки менеджерів
Abstract
У статті розглянуті актуальні питання професійної підготовки
менеджерів організацій у контексті глобалізації і стандартизації.
Автор визначає високу динаміку оновлення знань і концепцій управління
організаціями в світовій практиці. Висвітлено основні підходи до
стандартизації професійної підготовки менеджерів. Подано міжнарод-
ний та український досвід з питань застосування компетентнісного
підходу при розробці та реалізації стандартів підготовки менеджерів.
Акцентується на необхідності та доцільності компетентнісного
погляду на управління організаціями, а також на розробку професійних і
освітніх стандартів менеджерів організацій. Автором описано цілі та
сутність професійних і освітніх стандартів менеджерів організацій як
уніфікованих інструментів інституційного розвитку організації в епоху
глобалізації.
