Abstract

Civil society is a complex socio-cultural phenomenon that is formed in a developed society. Determining the existence of this phenomenon is the democratization and liberalization of society. The modern world exacerbates the problems of implementing the principles of the "civil society" phenomenon in the conditions of an open information space. The information revolution of the end of the 20th century in the newest aspects sharpened and actualized the issue of implementing the attitudes of civil society.
