Subject legal control of animal quarantine

The article deals with the theoretical and methodological aspects of the formation of the spectrum of social relations that mediate the sphere of animal quarantine. The relation between the terms «measures» and «social relations» has been clarified in order to establish the subject of legal regulation of animal quarantine. The classification of animal quarantine relationships is made. A detailed differentiation of the two main blocks of relations of quarantine of animals, which are the relations of prevention and response to epizootic animals, is carried out. Signs of preventive quarantine have been identified.
