HUMAN RIGHTS IN DRAGOMANOV`S POLITICAL VIEWS, CONCEPT OF FEDERALISM
Abstract
The article presents political and legal views of M.P. Drahomanov on fundamental human rights and freedoms. It is revealed that the most effective protecting mean of these rights and freedoms is the law according to scientist. This article also analyzes Drahomfnov’s federalistic program implementation of which could allow to remove that suppression to which was the Ukrainian people in both empires at the end of XIX and the beginning of the XX centuries.
