Abstract

The article notes that one of the novels of legal regulation is such a category as agrosphere. The author analyzes the scientific approaches to the definition-sphere on which basis it was formulated the author's definition of the term as agro-legal category, defined its meaning and value of sustainable development of agricultural production.
