TO THE QUESTION OF OWNERSHIP TO THE NEWLY CREATED PROPERTY

Abstract. On the basis of theoretical and legal sources the question ofownership to the new created property. Was disclosed thecontents of the contract for which acquired ownership.Analyzed nationallegislation which forms the basis for state registration of rights.Been analyzed some issues such categories as "a systemic a folder of builder". Was proposed separate provisions for the improvement of legislationin the state registration of rights.
