Restoration of natural ecosystems in the Askania-Nova Biosphere Reserve of Falz-Fein as a field of implementation of international legal framework for biodiversity conservation in Ukraine

In the article the features of natural terms and resources are considered Biosphere to Reserve of «Askaniya –Nova» to the name of F. Faltz-Fein. The value ofbiovariety is considered and investigational, guard and defence of natural resources, and also it is considered in the article, perspective directions in relation to maintenance of natural ecosystem.
Legal aspects are considered and analysed in relation to defence and to maintenance of biovariety, and also proceeding in natural ecosystems in naturally – to the protected zone of reserve.
Large attention is spared to defence and maintenance of natural ecosystems, their co-operating with an environment that is the important constituent of the nature protection programs and measures, and successful decision of problem questions, that arise up and exist in nature protection activity, depend on many factors, namely: from ecological, financial, educator, organizational et al.
It is in-process suggested to increase attention, in relation to development naturally – the protected objects, to creation of new landscape parks and other establishments of such character, as these objects play a basic role maintenance of rare types of animals and plants, and to research and guard of natural fauna and flora.
