Historical and legal aspects of formation and development of the system of state authorities of the management of breeding affairs in animal husbandry in Ukraine

The genesis of formation of the system of state bodies in the field of breeding business in animal husbandry is revealed in the article and the most important periods and stages of this process are defined. Attention was drawn to the criteria that allowed such a periodization.
According to the results of the study, it is established that there are no comprehensive studies in the legal science of the historical and legal aspects of the formation and development of the system of state bodies in the field of breeding business in animal husbandry of Ukraine.
Three basic and eight internal requirements of the stages in the process of formation and development of a network of state bodies in the field of legal regulation of tribal activity have been identified.
It is found that each of the selected stages is characterized by the creation of a new type of governing bodies of tribal affairs with the appropriate range of powers.
