Use of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings

The scientific article pays attention to the use of electronic evidence in criminal proceedings. The mechanism of proof on the basis of electronic evidence is considered, and therefore the concept of «electronic evidence» and their types are investigated. The position of scientists in the specified subjects and recommendations on modification of the legislation deserves special attention.
